Core Issues Trust  – Custody Warrant – 22 February 2016 Interview

In a letter to the Belfast Enforcements of Judgements Office, a communication has been made with respect to a Custody Warrent issued in December 2015 against Core Issues Trust:

In relation to the above warrant, we are now able to make payment of the sum due, namely £8,870.87. This has been paid today, 27th January, 2016.

Please note that our solicitor has advised that the record shoud ahow the following, namely that the payment is made effectively “under protest” and is without prejudice to CIT’s arguments on TfL’s entitlement to and/or the reasonableness of the level and extent of costs which TfL have incurred, and for which they now seek recovery both in this court, and potentially through detailed assessment proceedings in the High Court in connection with other costs orders made.

The scheduled Interview for 22 February 2016 is now no longer required.
